Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Returns: Generally you can return new and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Exceptions apply. Read our full policy below.
Exchanges: You can exchange new and unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of submitting it.
How to make a return: Email us at orders@shopthesheep.com to let us know about the details of your return. Make sure to reference all of the following in your email:
- Name on Order
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Name of Items to Return
- Return Reason
- Refund Preference: Store Credit or Full Refund
Full Refunds: We offer full refunds including the cost of shipping for any orders that include damaged product or incorrect items. If you would like to request a full refund, email us at orders@shopthesheep.com. If your request fits our return policy we will send you a shipping label. Generally refunds are not issued until returned items are received.
Partial Refunds & Exchanges: We offer partial refunds and exchanges for items that did not meet your expectations. You must cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of initial delivery.
Store Credit: We offer store credit for items returned to us after 7 calendar days but within 30 days of initial delivery. We do not offer refunds of any kind after 30 days of initial delivery.
Final Sale Items: Items that are final sale cannot be returned for any reason. Final sale items include but are not limited to any items or orders discounted greater than 30%. If you experience a problem with your final sale order please email us at orders@shopthesheep.com
Free Items: Items that were initially free as a part of a promotion will be deducted from the refund value if all items on the original order are not returned.
