General Shipping Info: Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) with the Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 2-5 business days after credit card authorization and verification are received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Immediately after orders are processed, they are shipped and customers are sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
