Materials

All of our hats are made from quality materials that give them a comfortable fit and durability.

Most include a mesh backing that allows for breathing. Many enjoy this style because it keeps the head from overheating, blocks sunlight, and adds a bit of style.

Hat Care

Our hats are durable but they are not indestructible. We recommend avoiding contact with substances that might dampen, stain, or otherwise alter the material.

We recommend treating your hat with care by avoiding contact with liquids, dirt, oils and other substances that might stain. We also recommend not allowing them to sit in direct sunlight for long periods of time to avoid fading.

Some have reported washing their hats in the washing machine without issue. We do not recommend this since some of our hats have patches that are susceptible to liquids. Contact with liquid could lead to color alteration on some patches and detachment of patches on some hats.

We strongly believe in the quality and craftsmanship that is put into our products. If reasonable care is taken to maintain your hat, it should last for a long time.

General Order Processing: Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be processed within 1-5 business days after credit card authorization and verification are received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. While we strive to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, we generally do not take longer than 5 business days unless we are facing periods of unusually high order volume. General Shipping Info: Immediately after orders are processed, they are shipped and customers are sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All of our hats have adjustable backs to fit multiple head sizes. There are 7 adjustment notches that will increase/decrease the hat size by 1 cm. The diameter of our hats at notch 2 (second largest setting) is ~ 7.5 inches (~ 23 inches in circumference).

While our hats fit many head sizes we have had people with very large heads say they don't think our hats will fit them well. Unless otherwise noted our hats are not flex-fit using elastic for stretching. 

Returns: Generally you can return new and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Exceptions apply. Read our full policy below.

Exchanges: You can exchange new and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of submitting it.

How to make a return: Email us at orders@shopthesheep.com to let us know about the details of your return. Make sure to reference all of the following in your email:

5. Name of Items to Return

7. Refund Preference: Store Credit or Full Refund

Full Refunds: We offer full refunds including the cost of shipping for any orders that include damaged product or incorrect items. If you would like to request a full refund, email us at orders@shopthesheep.com. If your request fits our return policy we will send you a shipping label. Generally refunds are not issued until returned items are received.

Partial Refunds & Exchanges: We offer partial refunds and exchanges for items that did not meet your expectations. You must cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of initial delivery. 

Store Credit: We offer store credit for items returned to us after 7 calendar days but within 30 days of initial delivery. We do not offer refunds of any kind after 30 days of initial delivery.

Final Sale Items: Items that are final sale cannot be returned for any reason. Final sale items include but are not limited to any items or orders discounted greater than 30%. If you experience a problem with your final sale order please email us at orders@shopthesheep.com

Free Items: Items that were initially free as a part of a promotion will be deducted from the refund value if all items on the original order are not returned.
